At Flower & White, we take pride in the quality of our light-as-air treats, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days. Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we can only accept returns on items that are faulty or sent in error.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your sweet treats.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged or quality-related concerns, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product for our quality control review.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization code and the correct return address if a physical return is required.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a fresh replacement to be sent out immediately.
